2) Add 100g. of meat, 75g. of eggplant. Stir well till all cooked.
3) Add sweet basil leaves and red chili. Hot Serve with rice or vermicelli.
2. Microwave Direction
1) Empty seasoning packet into bowl, add 250ml. of water. Stir well.
2) Add 100g. of meat, 75g. of eggplant, sweet basil leaves and red chili. Cook at high level for 6-7 minutes or until all cooked.
3) Hot Serve with rice or vermicelli.
