Description
The Yellow Curry is a medium spiced curry cooked with coconut milk and special blend of spice mix. It is one of favourite Thai dish is served over with jasmine rice and pickled cucumbers.
Cooking Direction

1) Empty seasoning packet into saucepan, add 250ml. of water. Stir well and bring to boil.
2) Add 70g. of chicken meat, 60g. of cube potato, 40g. of cube onion and 20g. of cube carrot and simmer until all cooked.
3) Hot Serve with steamed rice.
2. Microwave Direction
1) Empty seasoning packet into bowl, add 250ml. of water. Stir well.
2) Add 70g. of chicken meat, 60g. of cube potato, 40g. of cube onion and 20g. of cube carrot. Cook at high level for 8 minutes or until all cooked.
3) Hot Serve with steamed rice.
