Description
Kaeng Som is a spicy and sour soup. It provides a unique taste and aroma of Thai spies (red chili, garlic, onion, lesser galangal, and tamarind). It is almost overwhelming and incredibly delicious.
Cooking Direction
1. Stove Direction
1) Empty seasoning packet into saucepan, add 250ml. of water. Stir well and bring to boil.
2) Add 70g. of meat (shrimp,fish), 150g. of favorite vegetable (white radish, chinese white cabbage, water mimosa, cauliflower, yard-long been) and simmer till all cooked.
3) Hot Serve with steamed rice.
2. Microwave Direction
1) Empty seasoning packet into bowl, add 250ml. of water, stir well.
2) Add 70g. of meat (shrimp,fish) and cook at high level for 2 minutes.
3) Add 150g. of favorite vegetable (white radish, chinese white cabbage, water mimosa, cauliflower, yard-long been) and cook at high level for 5 minutes. Hot Serve with steamed rice.
