Description
Tom Kha or Thai coconut soup is a spicy and sour hot soup with coconut milk in Thai cuisine. The flavourful galangal extract blended with a combination of dried herbs and spices.

1) Empty seasoning packet into saucepan, add 350ml. of water. Stir well and bring to boil.
2) Add meat and mushroom, simmer till all cooked.
3) Garnish with coriander leaves, , red chili. Hot serve with steamed rice.
2. Microwave Direction
1) Empty seasoning packet into bowl, add 350ml. of water. Stir well.
2) Add meat and mushroom. Cook at high level for 6-7 minutes or until all cooked.
